Background

The 6.4 magnitude earthquake shook Lombok Island on July 29, 2018. This earthquake caused a lot of damage.

Furthermore, on August 7, 2018 Lombok Island was again rocked by a more powerful earthquake, namely the 7.0 magnitude earthquake. This dreadful earthquake devastated Lombok Island and caused more massive damage.

This horrible earthquake caused 544 people died, 322,248 people being evacuated, and 109,636 houses and 840 schools damaged.

Besides the buildings, the mental and psychological conditions of the students are also still agitated or traumatized by the earthquake that had come repeatedly. This condition is aggravated by the large number of damaged teaching and learning media so that the students are less enthusiastic in learning.

Seeing this condition, Lombok Hidden Trip, invite you to participate in extraordinary traveling style. Traveling and volunteering revive the students’ learning spirit in Lombok.
